Nordonia Lady golfers defeat Revere!

The Nordonia varsity girls golf team defeated Suburban League rival Revere 190-201 in a match held at Ellsworth Meadows on Tuesday afternoon.  The Knights were led by senior Audya Williams 41.  The JV team traveled to St. Bernard golf course where they also downed the Lady Minutemen by a score of 222-245.

Lady Knights Cross Country Start Quick

Minus one of their top runners, the Nordonia Lady Knights cross country team showed they are a team to be reckoned with at the state level.  The team captured 5th place at the OHSAA Preseason Invitational held at National Trails Raceway on Satuday, August 16.  Led by senior Heather Ross’s 8th place finish, the girls

Lady Knights tennis sweep Parma

The Nordonia varsity girls tennis team opened the season with 5-0 victory over Parma.  Winners included:  1st Singles – Clarissa Agra, 2nd Singles – Stefani Schmocker, 3rd Singles – Lexie Mattei, 1st Doubles – Krystal Hawks & Ashlee Freemen, 2nd Doubles – Marissa Nichol & Becca Cermak

Tobias wins Nordonia Classic

Sophomore golfer, Drake Tobias outlasted the weather and a field of twelve schools to earn individual medalist honors at the annual Nordonia Classic boys golf tournament held Tuesday, August 12 at Ellsworth Meadows G.C.  Drake shot 75 as the teams dodged a thunderstorm that caused a two hour rain delay.  Thanks to the dedication of

Suburban League & District Champs!

The Knights Boys Varsity Track & Field team continued its run of dominance this spring.  The team won it’s 5th consecutive league championship and extended their dual meet win steak to 27 straight!  The team won the Suburban League meet and also outscored 15 other schools to capture their first District title!

Knights Varsity Baseball District Runner-Ups!

The Nordonia Varsity Baseball team advanced to the District Championship game before falling to returning state qualifier, Aurora.  Lead by a strong senior class, the Knights knocked off Solon, Kenston and Austintown Fitch during their tournament run.  Great Job Guys!!!

The Nordonia Hills City Schools Board of Education unanimously entered into a purchase agreement with Sagamore Land Properties, LLC to sell 93 acres of vacant land owned by the Board in Sagamore Hills.
