Youth Cheer Clinic

The Nordonia High School Cheerleaders are sponsoring their annual “CheerleadingYouth Clinic” fund raiser.  We are calling all girls in grades K-6 to come join the fun and learn a dance routine and cheer!   The clinic will be held on Sunday, February 4th, 2018 from 9:30am – 1:30pm.   The cost of the clinic is $25.00 dollars.  The proceeds support the cheerleaders

Collica Athlete of the Week

Junior wrestler, Mitch Collica has been named the Nordonia Athlete of the Week.  Mitch has started the season 13-0, winning the 138 lb. championship at both the Solon Comet Classic and the Northcoast Classic.  In addition, Mitch was named the tournament’s most outstanding wrestler at the Northcoast.  The Knights wrestling team travels to Pymatuning Valley

Knight Swimmers Excel at Bedford

The Nordonia Boys and Girls Varsity Swimming and Diving team brought home the combined team championship from last weekend’s Bedford Lions Club Relays.  The boys team finished in second place while the girls team placed first.  The combined finishes resulted in the Knights overall championship!

Toaz honored at state meet!

Nordonia assistant swim coach, Terry Toaz was presented the OHSAA Sportsmanship, Ethics and Integrity award at the State Swim Meet this past weekend in Canton.  The critiera for the award are as follows: SEI Coaches Award The Board on Control has approved the establishment of a Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity Award to be given annually

Toaz Athlete of the Week

Sophomore swimmer, Jared Toaz has been named the Wascovich-Lake Shore Insurance Athlete of the Week.  Jared broke the school record in the 200 yard Individual Medley at last weekend’s District Swim Meet.  Based on his district time, Jared will be advancing to this weekend’s OHSAA State Swimming Championships at CT Branim Natatorium in Canton.  Good
